The Polyurethane rubber-lined steel pipe is designed for high-wear areas, maximizing long-term cost savings in parts and downtime. It features high pressure resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-fouling, hydrolysis resistance, high elasticity, and impact resistance.
-Anti-fouling: polyurethane rubber is of symmetrical molecular structure, displaying non-polar state to outside. Absorption effect to Ca2+、 CO32-、HCO3-、OH- in slurry cannot take place , so the fouling layer cannot be formed.
-Low running resistance, the inside surface of polyurethane rubber is very smooth, which can reduce the cost of operation.
-Large temperature-resistant scope: polyurethane rubber is suitable to use at the temperature of -50℃~+60℃.
-High anticorrosion: polyurethane rubber has corrosion resistance to some medium such as acid, alkali, salt and seawater.
